Vlentec has updated its full range of vacuum pipe lifters
The full vacuum pipe lifter range safer, stronger and smarter.
One year ago Vlentec introduced a new level of safety to the pipe lifting industry. The SC170N was a al new model that was fitted with load sensing equipment to eliminate accidental pipe release. Now Vlentec again has a first. All of Vlentecs standard vacuum pipe lifters have been updated with this state of art safety feature.
The SC170N, Vlentec’s masterpiece has eliminated the possibility to drop a pipe. It system has been tested thoroughly in all kinds of conditions and has proven its self. Now Vlentecs full range of vacuum pipe lifters are fitted with this technology.
The updated models are the SC125N and SC75N. Both using the new 'Compact Beam V2' that is known for its light weight and small dimensions giving the operator more control over the load and unit and also a better overview of this working area.
Main features of the Compact Beam V2 used for the SC75N and SC125N are;
- Maximum lifting capacity of the beam is 12.500Kg.
- Built in lifting lugs for crane use (up to 12.500Kg capacity).
- The rotator AD-RV-8 can be bolted into the beam for excavator use, resulting in a low unit height and a lifting capacity of 7.500Kg.
- Or the rotator AD-RP-15 can be bolted onto the beam for heavy duty excavator use. This results in a lifting capacity of 12.500Kg and sharper controls due to the use of a rotary piston rotator.
- Direct acting vacuum valve that only uses an electric pulse to change position and remains in that position. It does not require continues power to remain in position.
- Built in flip up legs for easy storage of machine.
