Quality
All products made by Vlentec are designed and fabricated in accordance with the European standards Œ. The materials which are used are certified, assembled, and welded according to the strict NEN qualifications. All products are stress-tested by computer systems before use.
During the production of a vacuum lifter the product will go through multiple tests, such as a vacuum tank leak test and a fuel tank leak test. Tests will be performed overnight and the vacuum lifters must hold the vacuum during these hours. All welds are inspected thoroughly for faults.
When fabrication is completed, the vacuum lifter will be bolted into the specially designed tensile tester and tested to a force above its design limits. When the product has passed all tests it can be crated for shipment or stored in the inventory together with its quality assurance documents, ready for a lifetime of lifting.
